friday, july 16, 2010. i'm loving all the national geographic-like plant, animal, and insect opportunities i've encountered while being here: from gorgeous flowers and landscapes, to frogs and tortoises, to dragonflies and birds. it's so full of color and life!

joshua keeps finding fresh water clams.
he's also been finding lots of drift wood, pots, bricks...
bones, and rocks. he's also found and old flipper, a chisel, a huge dart from a yard game, and a sign. i'm glad he finds these things before my feet do. otherwise i think i'd freak out!
