monday, july 19, 2010. being on vacation hasn't stopped levi from his passion of hooking thing together. luckily, aunt mic and uncle ralph have plenty of bungee cords and wagons around.

ultimately this is what levi wanted to do. hook the wagons to the lawn mower. aunt mic agreed.

g'pa gave them a ride too.

then it was my turn!!! so fun. super bouncy.

i let levi drive. he has full control of the controls.

abe hitched a ride last minute. i guess he ran after us after we took off and was being dragged behind on the ground! ouch. g'pa helped put him in the wagon. i had no idea until we were half way done. i looked back and there he was all smiles bouncing around in the back.

abe started nodding out while in the wagon. i looked back and his eyes were closed. his head bobbing back and forth. we stopped. i picked him up and he fell asleep on my shoulder immediately. i laid him down with papa who was already asleep.

levi learning how to play computer games. i wanted to just veg and get online for a while.

he played a couple cute curious george games on PBS KIDS.

then it was our turn to go as a family.

joshua making fresh squeezed margaritas. abraham preparing the limes.

we made griddle corn cakes, black beans with enchilada sauce, green chili's and cheese, and fresh fruit. nummy.

levi had been begging to say at g. g'ma erm's since we got here, but i didn't want her to have to watch them alone. tonight they got to stay because carl and audrey were there to help. they came by the lake to hang out for a while before taking the boys with them.

this is a bat that's made a home on the ceiling of mic and ralph's porch.
