wednesday, july 21, 2010. this morning, by scheduled c-section, joah benjamin henrichs was born. he weighed in at 8 lbs, 7 oz and was 21 inches long. proud pops, benji, is joshua's cousin. his wife mandy is doing great after the surgery and looks fantastic in all her photos. what a little blessing he is. we are so thrilled to be here and able to experience all the anticipation and excitement of his arrival.
aunt mic and uncle ralph getting the call from benji. mic put it on speaker so we could all hear. the first word was "boy". benji and mandy chose not to find out the sex ahead of time!
they also hadn't decided on a name. we found that out later. here micky is talking to g'ma erm and uncle rex at the same time.
aunt mic and uncle ralph drove to champagne to go see their 5th grandbaby. the 1st boy to carry on the henrichs name.
then we got to look at all the pictures when they got back. in this one mic is holding the little guy.
this evening, uncle rex, aunt denise, and g'ma erm all came over to look at the pictures.
