May 15, 2012. Levi and I were driving and he said, "Did you know Adam has a bad word in his name?" I said yes, thinking it was "damn". Then he said, "Yeah, Dumb" Made me giggle:)
September 11, 2011. While getting the boys out of the shower Abe started knock knock jokes, but it had been so long since we did some they weren't making sense and I told him they are supposed to be "funny". Levi said "I know one" and asked me to ask. So..."knock knock." "who's there?" "cow" "cow who" "cow who can't wait." I was busting up and he said "see that's one of the funny ones". What he was trying to do, though, was the whole "Interupting Cow" joke. I didn't have the heart to tell him. It was still just as funny.
April 19, 2011. Levi went to kindergarten round-up tonight. He and all the incoming kiddos were taken to the gym and divided into groups while all the parent went to a meeting in the cafeteria. He got to play games in the gym, sing songs in the music room, and hear stories in the library. He told us after it was over that a teacher asked him, as well as all the other kids in the circle, what their favorite thing were. Levi's reply..."TRAILERS"!!! That's my boy:)))
March, 2011. I failed write down the actual date this was said:( I overheard Levi and Abraham having a conversation. Levi said, "I got that toy when I was little, so it's really old." hahaha...so what does that make me?
January 8, 2011. So i pulled a muscle in my back on Wednesday morning which has limited my movement and is causing more pain in other areas as I compensate. If I am walking about, i'm usually rubbing the areas that hurt. This morning Levi was feeling up and down my back and said he felt a "ditch" (my spine) and asked if i thought maybe a few bones fell out of it:)

January 7, 2011. The Block's came over to celebrate Joshua's birthday, since we were in Hawaii for the actual day. Levi disappeared for a while and when he came back he explained to me that he unscrewed the knob to one of our kitchen drawers, placed an 8-shaped metal thing (a Christmas present of random hooks and such from my dad) on the screw that sticks out and then twisted the knob back on. He informed me we can now "hang things from it." hahaha.
January 6, 2011. Our heater went out while we were in Hawaii. They came to fix it, but it went out again and needed a part ordered. So, the boys were taking a bath and were cold. I brought in a space heater and asked the boys to make sure they don't splash at it because i didn't want anyone to get electrocuted. Levi, of course, asked what that meant. I told him, in so many words, that they could die from it. Abraham asked what that meant and Levi said, " It would mean I wouldn't have you as a brother anymore. I wouldn't have you to be my puppy or kitty."
