CHIPS OFF THE OLD BLOCKS: goldfish

monday, june 28, 2010. we made it to aunt mic and uncle ralph's. the boys got to head right back to the toy room and just like at lizzie and brian's in no time toys were all over the place:))) but, what levi wanted to do more than anything was let the fish out in the pond! so, he got to do that and then we went on a boat ride. it was gorgeous, almost chilly out! we phoenicians will take full advantage of the great outdoors while the weather permits.

he just learned this trick from levi. mama wasn't happy, but knew it was inevitable. levi did this last year too. all the kiddos did.

i took lots of pics of abe while levi was in time out for not listening. i didn't want to take pics originally because i didn't want it to look like i was condoning their actions. but, in the end i caved. levi would shout, everybody look at me!!! then abe would copy him. they definitely had us laughing, but on the edge of my seat.

sunday, june 27, 2010. we wanted to go to church with the blunier fam, but we didn't wake up until 10:00, which is when church started:( we are still on AZ time and still so darn tired! however, it was good to be in illinois hanging out with family we don't get to see, but once a year. we love having the time to catch up, and watch our children play together. lizzie's and brian's neighborhood is about as kick a$$ as ours. tons of neighborhood kids. the older one's come over and ask for elle and jack to come out and play on a daily basis. today was no exception. they were very kind and welcoming to our kiddos and that's basically what the kids did all day...play.

levi kept telling me to go to sleep so he could be santa...

then he'd wake me up to show me all the presents.

sheriff levi. i was put in jail several times. he literally took me the the neighbors yard and would hook one hand in cuffs and the other to their fence post.
