CHIPS OFF THE OLD BLOCKS: the zoo

monday, may 24, 2010. maaa... and i took the boys to the zoo today. the weather was gorgeous and we weren't sure we were gonna get another day like this 'til summer's over. so, we took full advantage.

levi picking out where to go. we actually had to wait around at the giraffe area for joshua to bring us ABRAHAM'S SHOES. i totally left them at home. I have to give joshua a huge THANK YOU for driving them all the way out to us.

...abraham ran away from the play area over to the cow!!! i was in a panic looking all around the barn where i last saw him, but he was gone. then i found him here.

abe wondering where the milk is? you have to be able to squeeze much harder than he can to get it to come out.

it was feeding time, so all the goats were busy eating.

i was surprised levi came in this time. usually he stays with grandma while i take abe and espen in. he pet a few goats and then asked to go back out and wait with grandma. espen and abe were ready to go too.

abe kept asking me to pet this one too. so, i did.

SERIOUSLY, we stayed at this washing station for what seemed like forever. the boys loved working the foot peddle to get the water to run.
