tonight we celebrated the fact that my parents have been MARRIED an incredibly long time. 37 YEARS!!!! for the past couple years poppy and maaa...have celebrated their anniversary just the two of them. each of those times included crab cakes. this year we all got to CELEBRATE TOGETHER. the only prerequisite was that we find a restaurant that served CRAB CAKES. my mom's preference was outback steakhouse, but luckily she called first and found they don't serve them. so, much to my delight, we ended up at PAPADEAUX'S SEAFOOD KITCHEN. i LOVE this place! we were fortunate enough to get a PRIVATE ROOM so the boys could run around without disturbing the other patrons. the food was DELISH!!! we even pigged out and got dessert!

poppy stealing some of joshua's banana pudding while he was showing the boys the lobsters. poppy's dessert was little spoonfuls of all our desserts. the best of all worlds.
